Nestlé Switzerland is seeking an experienced R&D Specialist - System Development to lead the development and industrialization of innovative beverage systems from idea to launch. You will collaborate with project teams, technical experts, business partners, suppliers and external partners to take ownership and grow your expertise at scale.

Responsibilities include driving trials, data interpretation, documentation and laboratory methods, and delivering guidance to improve system performance

Qualifikationen

• Strong expertise in product development, system development and industrialization for engineered consumer products.
• Deep knowledge of beverage dispensing systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, prototyping and machine production methods.
• Experience with data analysis, testing methods and root-cause analysis to improve safety and performance.
• Ability to collaborate with technical experts, project teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Fluent English; French and/or German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and industrialization of innovative beverage systems meeting quality, timing and cost targets.
• Drive technical trials, validation testing and data interpretation to turn concepts into scalable solutions.
• Build documentation, test traceability and laboratory methods to support robust decision making.
• Deliver hands-on technical guidance and corrective actions to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to accelerate development and industrialization.
• Explore new technologies and competitive insights to strengthen future beverage system innovation.
