Qualifikationen

• Technical studies (apprenticeship or similar) in chemistry or natural science.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Strong lab and organizational skills.
• Interest in operating pilot-scale equipment.
• Experience in ISO-certified environments.

Aufgaben

• Chemically and physically modify mineral powders (grinding, precipitation, granulation).
• Use dispersants, grinding aids, and rheology modifiers in processes like wet and dry grinding.
• Work with pilot-scale equipment (ball mill, glass furnace).
• Characterize materials using appropriate analytical methods.
• Test, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Document results clearly and promptly, supporting interdisciplinary projects.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to cross-functional activities.
• Maintain laboratory safety and quality standards in line with protocols.
