qCella AG invites an enthusiastic R&D intern to join our paper-based heating technology project. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative startup environment on cutting-edge materials research and prototype development.

The role offers hands-on experience in lab experiments, data analysis, and cross-disciplinary teamwork, with a start in Summer 2026 and a 6–12 month duration.

Qualifikationen

Position Overview

Are you passionate about innovation, sustainability, and technology? Tasks

As an intern, you will actively contribute to ongoing R&D initiatives. Your tasks will include:

• Developing and testing new paper-based products and technologies
• Support the establishment of analysis and testing procedures
• Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze research data
• Participating in project planning and team meetings
• Presenting project outcomes to internal stakeholders and the R&D team
• Collaborating closely with engineers, researchers, and fellow interns to build prototypes

Requirements

• Interdisciplinary Student in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering with interest and experience in Chemistry/Materials, Chemistry with interested and experience in Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
• Experience in project work (academic and/or industry) is an advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Work permit in Switzerland, Citizen of a Schengen member country or students currently enrolled in a Swiss university with a mandatory internship requirement as part of their curriculum
• High social skills, good team player, ability to work independently, and high sense of responsibility
