Zeochem AG in Rüti (ZH) is seeking an Internship in Process Chemistry/Engineering. The role focuses on developing continuous production processes and separation methods while gaining hands-on experience in both lab-scale and bulk production settings.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed degrees in process technology or chemistry, with knowledge of analytical techniques and safety protocols, and fluent English (German a plus). The program lasts 6–12 months, 100% commitment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong academic background in continuous synthesis and processing.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals.

Intern Process Chemist Support R&D (100%)

We are looking for a process engineering- or chemistry student or recent graduate with a strong background in thermal separation processes and chemical engineering at our headquarters in Rüti (ZH). This internship offers the unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in both lab scale and bulk chemical production, separation processes and process optimizations.

Key responsibilities

• Process development of continuous production processes
• Process development of homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic systems
• R&D development and optimization of separation processes
• Help setup a process data management system
• Support in R&D Projects
• Support in Product Management isotopic labelled compounds for Analytics-, Electronics- and Pharma market

Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Strong academic background in continuous synthesis and processing
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals

• English fluent, German fluent is a big plus
