• Significant progressive HR experience, including HRBP to senior leaders.
• Experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management and change.
• Experience supporting R&D or similarly complex professional populations.

• Act as trusted advisor to R&D leaders, translating priorities into people and organizational strategies.
• Lead organization design initiatives to strengthen accountability and collaboration.
• Identify critical talent risks and translate insights into action.
• Coach leaders through growth, transformation, ambiguity and complex people decisions.
• Strengthen leadership teams and organizational effectiveness across R&D.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and performance management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on key appointments and candidate experience.
