• Proven track record leading early drug development and PoC in humans.
• Excellent English communication; active professional society membership.

Aufgaben

• Leads early development efforts for assets post-candidate selection through first in human trials and PoC.
• Participates in asset/portfolio strategies and governance, interfacing with translational science and regulatory teams.
• Provides medical and scientific expertise to cross-functional teams including discovery, clinical science, pharmacology, and operations.
• Supports interactions with global regulators (FDA, EMA, PMDA, TGA) and ethics committees; oversees INDs and regulatory documents.
• Facilitates development of study protocols, informed consents, CRFs, CSRs, abstracts and publications.
