Paddock is seeking an R&D Engineer Trainee in Geneva to develop high‑fidelity battery models for motorsport applications. You will optimize electrical and thermal models and validate them against test data within FIA lap-time simulations.

You will support cell testing protocols and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to attend championships and technical meetings. Strong Python and MATLAB/Simulink skills and English fluency are required.
