Job summary

MaxWell Biosystems in Switzerland is seeking an engineering intern to contribute to mechanical design, testing of electrical readout circuits, and collaboration with hardware suppliers.

You will gain hands-on experience at a fast-paced neuroscience instrumentation startup at the intersection of biology and engineering, leveraging Solidworks and data analysis while developing prototypes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master studies in mechanical or electrical engineering, physics, or related discipline.
• Experience with 3D CAD tools (Solidworks) and hands-on experiments.
• Interest in building, assembling, and testing prototypes.
• Basic knowledge with electronics or PCB design is a plus.
• Interest in neuroscience and biotechnology.
