SwiStudium SA seeks a hands‑on Quality Process Engineer to support the Mendrisio plant, driving the quality culture and building quality day by day, close to production. You will implement, monitor and improve the Quality Management System while collaborating with production teams and external auditors.

The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background, Italian and English language skills, and 6+ years in multinational settings. Travel readiness is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering.
• Specialization in Quality Systems Management.
• Languages: Italian and English.
• IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Ishikawa.
• At least 6 years’ experience in the same role within multinational organizations.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Strong ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Monitoring processes and managing CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage internal process and system audits.
• Coordinate external certification audits and customer audits.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of implemented actions through structured follow-ups.
• Periodic reporting on quality indicators (scrap, complaints, costs).
• The place of work is Mendrisio and willingness to travel is required.

Quality Process Engineer
