Novartis is seeking a Quality Operations associate to support the quality department's activities, ensuring compliant execution of systems and documentation across the lab. You will contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and operation of quality and/or lab systems.

You will follow SOPs, assist in document creation, report technical issues within 24 hours, and collaborate across teams to sustain GMP standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Provides technical and/or administrative support for the quality organization.
• Follows SOPs and/or laboratory methods in an effective and compliant manner.
• Assists in creating documents (reports, records, presentations).
• Reports technical complaints / adverse events / special-case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
