Job summary

Experis is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for the Solothurn site to strengthen the Quality Management System and support core quality activities. Qualifications

• Maintain and strengthen the Quality Management System at the Solothurn site.
• Collaborate with site/global QA/QC, Manufacturing, Engineering to ensure compliance and timely action.

Responsibilities

• Audit and inspection support: coordinate and monitor commitments; organize meetings and track action items.
• Site governance: manage logistics for governance meetings; support deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and QMS reviews.
• Self‑Inspection Program execution: plan, implement, track activities; ensure documentation and follow‑up.
• QMS administration & operational support: assist deviations, CAPAs, change controls, training assignments, and quality risk management.
• Documentation & data management: ensure accurate documentation in TrackWise, Veeva, myCIMS; maintain logs, dashboards, and metrics.
