Zusammenfassung

Lonza Visp is seeking a motivated graduate to join our Quality Control team with a focus on Compliance within GMP and ISO-regulated environments. You will work on the laboratory floor with QCII labs to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and data integrity initiatives, contributing to audits and documentation.

The role is fully site-based in Visp, Switzerland, offering hands-on experience in QC operations, CAPA investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in Quality Control, Compliance, and regulated environments.
• Basic understanding of GMP regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support QCII laboratories in maintaining compliance with GMP, ISO, and Quality requirements.
• Assist with CAPA implementation, investigation management, and timely closure of quality events.
• Partner with laboratory teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive and support Data Integrity, Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), and data management initiatives.
• Support 6S activities and help improve laboratory organization and operational excellence.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, SOPs, and compliance programs.
• Contribute to training activities, GEMBA walks, and the promotion of a strong quality implementation across QC II.
