Novartis Pharma Schweizerhalle AG in Basel-Landschaft is seeking a dedicated QC Analyst to support GxP activities in our quality department for a 24-month assignment. The role focuses on governing quality systems and ensuring compliance with Novartis quality standards.
You will perform analytical tasks in a pharmaceutical laboratory, work in shifts, maintain SOPs, and support audits and health authority inspections, while fostering collaboration across functions.
Job Description Summary
We are looking for a dedicated QC Analyst to support Good 'x' Practice (GxP) activities in our quality department. This role involves managing quality systems, implementing operational processes and ensuring compliance with Novartis quality standards. This role is limited to 24 months.
Maintain compliance with current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GxP-compliant documentation, and records within the Novartis quality management system.
Perform and evaluate analytical tasks in a pharmaceutical laboratory, including working in shifts where necessary.
Ensure the integrity of all quality assurance records and data, as applicable, and foster collaboration between your team and other functions and departments.
Ensure an appropriate level of education and GxP knowledge.
Support quality audits and health authority inspections.
Experience in quality assurance and analytical skills.
Proficiency in analytical technologies (e.g., HPLC, GC, titration).
Knowledge in the use of lab-specific software (e.g., Empower, Chromeleon, TiAmo).
GMP experience and technological expertise.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Fluency in German and good English.
