The role focuses on ensuring quality across sourcing, warehousing, and release, with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team and drive GMP compliance, supplier quality oversight, and continuous improvement across QA, QC, and Manufacturing in a site-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced in leading QA material management and supply chain teams in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, supplier quality, and material lifecycle from sourcing to release.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the QA Material Management & Supply Chain team across seniority levels, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Ensure GMP compliance across raw materials and primary packaging from sourcing to release.
• Oversee QA for raw material release, warehousing, and warehouse/logistics governance.
• Oversee supplier quality management, supplier qualification and performance monitoring.
• Lead lifecycle management of new materials and suppliers with GMP alignment.
• Act as escalation point for complex quality issues related to materials and suppliers.
• Support audits and inspections and drive continuous improvement across QA, QC, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
