Zusammenfassung

Transports publics Fribourgeois (TPF) offers a 3-year apprenticeship as Apprentice Commercial Employee CFC at our Givisiez workplace. You will rotate through departments (administration, HR, finance, purchasing, communication) and contribute to mobility for millions of passengers yearly.

You will spend 3 days a week with us and attend professional courses 1–2 days weekly. Training is high-quality and varied, supervised by professional trainers.

Qualifikationen

• Completed compulsory schooling.
• Interest in the public transport sector.
• Excellent command of French.
• Comfortable with IT tools.
• Sociable, rigorous, well-organised, and comfortable with IT tools.

Aufgaben

• Receive, sort and distribute mail.
• Answer the phone and handle inquiries from contacts.
• Ensure customer reception at the front desk.
• Process orders.
• Draft various documents using computer software.
• Manage production of different types of subscriptions.
• Advise customers and sell travel tickets at sales points.
• Perform financial management tasks (invoice processing and accounting documents).
• Manage vehicle claims.
