Zusammenfassung

ABB in Schaffhausen seeks a Production Supervisor for Prototype Construction to coordinate prototype orders and ensure timely material supply. You will work with Development, Engineering, Production, Quality and SCM to maintain documentation and BOMs, and optimize workflows according to Lean principles.

This is an on-site role in the Electrification Smart Buildings division. Required technical training with 3-5 years in industrial production or engineering, plus proficiency in reading drawings

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in industrial production or engineering.
• Ability to read technical drawings and bill of materials (BOM).
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP an advantage) and MS Office applications.
• Enjoy collaborating with different departments and coordinating tasks.
• Strong communication skills with initiative and hands-on attitude.
• Fluent German; English skills are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate and implement prototype and sample construction orders with Development, Engineering, Production, Quality and SCM.
• Manage production, work and process documentation, including BOMs and manufacturing documents (creation, maintenance, updating).
• Oversee material flow to prototypes and pre-series, monitor bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
• Plan and optimize workflows and drive lean continuous improvement.
