You will support rational design, high‑throughput development, and optimization of expression and purification platforms that enable multiple research teams to advance the institute's core mission.

Qualifikationen

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Molecular biology techniques: PCR, cloning, vector construction.
• Protein expression & purification across bacterial and mammalian systems.
• Project management with ability to balance multiple workflows.
• Team alignment with collaborative, ego-free approach.

Aufgaben

• Design protein expression and perform cloning, vector reformats and troubleshooting.
• Express antibodies, Fabs, and other proteins in mammalian and bacterial systems from screening to scale‑up.
• Purify proteins using chromatography and perform Fab generation, tag removal, and biotinylation.
• Evaluate protein quality with SDS‑PAGE, SEC, BLI/SPR and related methods.
• Optimize production workflows to improve yield, reproducibility and cost‑efficiency.
• Operate high‑throughput and automated workflows to support scalable production.
• Maintain production resources, lab infrastructure, and cell banks.
• Analyze data, document results, and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
