Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship as Laboratory Technician (EFZ) or Bachelor (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or Chemistry.
• Laboratory experience in QC industrial, biomedical research or clinical labs.
• Work experience with high sample throughput.
• Experience with LIMS and ILM.

Aufgaben

• Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory operations under general supervision.
• Perform routine analyses (Protein Analytics) for product development and life-cycle management projects.
• Conduct the sample management.
• Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment, demonstrating a high degree of skill acquired through on-the-job experience.
• Set up and operate special equipment with limited supervision, following manufacturer’s instructions.
• Work within current good scientific practice (GSP) guidelines and adhere to all regulatory standards within the lab.
• Research technical literature and evaluate experimental data and processes.
• Aid and train less experienced employees when required.
