Jobup, a long-standing real estate company in Romandy, seeks a Property Manager – Operational Manager based in Lausanne. You will organize, optimise and plan the activities of a management team handling commercial client properties, ensuring efficient allocation of resources within a structured, high-performing framework.

You will master planning tools and KPIs to monitor activities, drive continuous improvement, and support the coordinator.

Your challenge!

As Property Manager – Operational Manager, you play a key role in organising, optimising and efficiently planning the activities and work of a management team, mainly composed of buildings owned by commercial clients. A true conductor, you will ensure the balance between available resources, strategic objectives and operational requirements. You will ensure that mandates are allocated efficiently, workflows are harmonised, and the team operates within a structured and high-performing framework.

Thanks to your mastery of planning tools and performance indicators, you ensure rigorous monitoring and constant alignment of activities. You propose and implement innovative solutions aimed at strengthening continuous improvement and optimising operational efficiency. Supporting the coordinator, you are also able to manage the team if necessary.

Your skills and personality

Holder of a Federal Certificate as a property manager, you possess genuine interpersonal skills that allow you to be recognised for your professional knowledge. You also have proven skills in planning and coordinating activities. You are proficient in tenancy law and comfortable in an agile and collaborative environment.

With a keen sense of organisation and anticipation, you are known for your rigour, excellent prioritisation skills and reliability. Your analytical and solution-oriented mindset enables you to quickly identify improvement levers and act effectively. Your collaborative leadership and exemplary conduct inspire trust and unite your interlocutors. Calm and thoughtful, even in sensitive or pressured contexts, you are recognised for your team spirit and know how to communicate with clarity, diplomacy and build strong cooperative relationships.
