Your Job

• Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio
• Support and advice for owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Organization and execution of apartment viewings, handovers, and inspections
• Creation and management of rental contracts as well as processing of terminations
• Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Collaboration with craftsmen, caretakers, and external service providers
• Processing general administrative tasks related to property management

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in property management
• Professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in management
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a pronounced service orientation
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
• Good IT user knowledge (preferably PROPbase)
