Zusammenfassung

PureGym Group in Switzerland is hiring a Procurement Manager (6 Month FTC) to join the Procurement Team. The role sits in the Sourcing sub-team and focuses on sourcing goods, negotiating contracts and driving cost savings while maintaining quality and compliance.

This hybrid role covers home working and Zurich office, with occasional international travel. You will collaborate with IT, Ops, Finance and Marketing to deliver value for money and manage supplier performance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a procurement role with experience leading tender / RFP processes, including complex negotiations, generating cost savings and commercial impact.
• Proficiency in German and English language.
• Stakeholder Management / Business Partnering.
• Supplier Management.
• Critical Thinking & Commercial Mindset.
• Experience working with P2P/S2P systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead multiple sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking and contract renewals.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and support legal negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost savings and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Ops/Fm, Finance and Marketing to deliver value.
• Hybrid role with home-working and Zurich office; occasional travel within Europe.
