Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering; min 5 years in secondary projects and project management.

• Independent, well-structured and autonomous with self-control of work.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities and initiatives.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS 18001 compliance is a plus.

• Lead secondary engineering projects from handover from sales, clarification of specifications, and full project management scope (scope, time, cost).
• Lead engineering activities with the extended workbench (base design and detail design).
• Detect deviations and claims, clarify with customers, and conduct customer meetings.
• Achieve design freeze and customer approval, create production documents, and support production in feeder/supplier factories.
• Conduct final acceptance tests with customers, support site installation and commissioning, and create as-built documents for project close-out.
• Actively participate in project reporting structures such as the digital project board.
• Assist with sales and tender processes and provide support to the production line.
• Contribute to development projects and improvement initiatives.
