Who are we?

INGINIA is a Swiss integrator specialising in IT infrastructure, Cloud, and cybersecurity.

We support our clients in the transformation, modernisation, and operation of their information systems across five areas of expertise:

  • Managed Services
  • Data Center & Infrastructure
  • Cloud
  • Cybersecurity
  • Consulting & Audits

As a human-sized company, we prioritise technical expertise, close client relationships, and the quality of services delivered.

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead our infrastructure projects and support our clients in their technological transformations.

Your mission

As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of projects entrusted to INGINIA.

You work on varied projects: deployment of Datacenter infrastructures, modernisation of IT environments, Cloud migrations, virtualisation, networks, and cybersecurity.

A true conductor, you ensure coordination between our clients, engineering teams, technology partners, and management.

Your goal: to deliver quality projects on time and within agreed budgets, while ensuring client satisfaction and service profitability.

Your responsibilities
Project management and control
  • Take charge of projects from launch to closure.
  • Define scopes, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and dashboards.
  • Identify risks, anticipate difficulties, and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure regular monitoring of progress and compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear view of priorities.
  • Organise testing, validation, and project closure phases.
Coordination of resources and technical teams
  • Coordinate interventions of engineers and external partners.
  • Define resource needs in collaboration with Operational Management.
  • Organise and monitor technical activities necessary for project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the CTO on architecture choices and technical validations.
  • Guarantee structured handover of delivered environments to Managed Services teams (Build to Run).
Client relations and communication
  • Be the main client contact throughout all project phases.
  • Organise and lead kick-off, coordination, and follow-up meetings.
  • Write minutes, reports, and progress updates.
  • Communicate transparently and proactively about deadlines, risks, and potential issues.
  • Manage client expectations and control changes in contractual scope.
  • Maintain a trusting relationship with technical and decision-making contacts.
Financial monitoring and profitability
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and margins for each project.
  • Control hours spent and compare with initial estimates.
  • Quickly identify budget variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage scope change requests and their financial impacts.
  • Collaborate with administration for invoicing and contractual milestone tracking.
  • Produce regular financial reporting for management.
Quality and continuous improvement
  • Ensure quality and completeness of project documentation.
  • Participate in improving project management methods and tools.
  • Organise feedback sessions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to standardising practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Apply INGINIA's governance principles and internal processes.
Your profile

You hold a higher education degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally gained at an integrator, IT services company, or Managed Services Provider (MSP).

You have already managed infrastructure projects involving multiple technical teams, production constraints, and contractual commitments.

You understand the technical, financial, and organisational challenges of IT projects.

You are capable of managing a project autonomously, making decisions, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
