Job Overview

The Project Manager, Engineering is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects that support manufacturing operations, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and enabling the successful delivery of engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences industries

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Experience supporting capital projects, equipment implementation, or process improvements

• Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO)
