Surgical education is changing. At the AO Education Institute, adaptive learning, data driven evaluation and AI supported workflows are moving from pilots into real courses that reach 70,000 surgeons through 1,000 educational events, and as technology moves into surgical practice itself, how surgeons learn matters more than ever. As a Project Manager in our Curriculum Design team, you will sit where that transformation lands: owning global curriculum initiatives from planning through delivery, working closely with volunteer surgeon faculty, curriculum development leads and cross functional teams, and ensuring our educational offerings land on time, on budget and with measurable impact.
You might come from medical or professional education, instructional design, edtech, or corporate learning and development. You do not need to be a medical education expert on day one: we will help you build that depth. You bring the drive, the structure and the delivery mindset.
The position is based in Zizers, Switzerland, with home office flexibility: a permanent, full time (100%) role with 10 to 15% international travel to taskforce meetings, workshops and courses across our global surgeon network.
