Job summary

ABB Switzerland is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium-size projects within a hybrid work model. You will guide the project team, define execution approaches, and ensure delivery of contractual obligations while monitoring progress and costs.

Fluent in Italian and English, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and drive contract close-out. Your background includes a Bachelor or Master in Electronic/Electrotechnical engineering and over 5 years

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic/Electrotechnical engineering
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading medium/high complexity projects
• Fluent in Italian and English

• Lead the execution of medium-size projects in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets
• Lead the project team to achieve project requirements and deliver contracted deliverables
• Monitor and control progress, resources, and project financials
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks; pursue opportunities
• Drive formal acceptance, contract close-out and customer acknowledgment
