Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Geneva seeks an experienced project leader to drive end-to-end delivery for major clients in financial services and fintech. You will design operating models, custody and tokenization workflows, and manage multi-disciplinary implementations in collaboration with Taurus' Engineering and Security teams.

The role requires strong program management, deep blockchain knowledge, and fluency in French and English, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Lead end-to-end delivery projects for clients across financial institutions, issuers, and market makers.
• Design operating models and workflows, set up custody and tokenization platforms, and manage technical implementations with Engineering and Security teams.
• Deliver cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales.
• Handle regulatory filings, business requirements specs, operational improvements, and international expansion.
• Produce source-of-funds analyses, wallet screening, and crypto due diligence reports to support compliance reviews and investigations.
• Contribute to sales RFPs/RFIs and support ad-hoc commercial or operational priorities.

• Deliver cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee, working across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales.
• Typical assignments involve regulatory filings, business requirement specifications, operational improvements, and international expansion.
• Produce high-quality source-of-funds analyses, wallet screening, and crypto due diligence reports using blockchain intelligence tools to support compliance reviews, onboarding, and investigations.
• Contribute to sales RFPs/RFIs, support ad-hoc commercial or operational priorities across the company.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in project management within a financial services or fintech environment.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem (custody, trading, tokenization, staking, derivatives, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver with a high level of attention to detail.
• Precise, organized, autonomous, open-minded, hands-on, and results-oriented — a true self-starter and fast learner.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
