Hamilton is seeking a Project Leader Integrated Solutions to drive complex system projects in the liquid handling domain. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality, time, and cost targets while interfacing with sales, suppliers, and customers.

Ideal candidates hold a technical or scientific degree, speak German and English well, and bring proactive, creative problem-solving to a fast-paced, innovative healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or scientific degree (BSc/MSc).
• Professional experience in custom system construction preferred.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Entry point for applicants with vocational training and 5+ years of experience.
• Desirable further training in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in custom system construction within the Liquid Handling/Laboratory Automation area.
• Manage project teams in a matrix organisation.
• Create and maintain the project plan.
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities across teams.
• Monitor and ensure project quality, time and cost compliance.
• Interface between internal development and external project stakeholders.
• Support the sales team during pre-sales and requirements gathering.
• Prepare effort estimates and quotations.
