Job summary

Liebherr Machines Bulle SA in Switzerland (Bulle) seeks a professional to lead production system projects, coordinating with production, IT, methods and quality teams. You will ensure configuration, maintenance and modernization of the production system to optimize performance.

The role requires an engineering degree, initial software/production systems experience, and language skills in French and English (German is a plus).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a technical field is required.
• Initial professional experience in implementing software and production systems.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Programming experience in object-oriented languages and databases (SQL) is an asset.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) with good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
• Demonstrated flexibility, agility and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Your Responsibilities

• You manage production system projects in the field of manufacturing and assembly. In this capacity, you are the main point of contact for other departments (production, IT, methods, quality, etc.), you manage and support cross-functional project teams, and you ensure the financial follow-up of projects.
• You ensure the configuration, maintenance and technical evolution of the production system. In addition to guaranteeing its daily operation, you actively contribute to its continuous improvement and modernization to optimize industrial performance.
• You develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies.
• You provide support for the development of system/machine and system/system interfaces.
• You guarantee the quality, consistency and reliability of production data and performance indicators (KPIs).
• You communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.

Your Profile

• You hold an engineering degree in a technical field.
• You have initial professional experience in implementing software and production systems.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a considerable advantage.
• You have programming experience object-oriented and databases (SQL, etc.), an asset.
• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written; you have good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
• You stand out through your optimistic mindset, openness to change, and communication skills.
