Upscale Interiors AG in the Geneva/Lausanne region seeks an interior designer for project-based collaboration or part-time work (up to 60%). You will manage private residential and office projects, guiding clients through the full design journey and coordinating with specialists, authorities and craftsmen.

You will collaborate with our Zurich team, develop concepts for interiors and furnishings, ensure budgets and timelines, and contribute to process improvements and supplier networks while

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture (BSc/MSc) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential) and Nano Banana Pro
• Familiarity with leading European furniture brands
• Experience in construction supervision or interior fit-out

Aufgaben

• Independent project management and client advisory for private residential and office projects
• Concept development and execution planning for interiors, layouts and furnishings
• Budget, timeline and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordination with specialist planners, authorities, contractors and craftsmen
• Supervising implementation until project completion and warranty follow-ups
• Contributing to continuous improvement of processes, supplier network and product selection
• Supporting Upscale’s growth through market insights and client feedback
