Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German.
• Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work.
• Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically treated recording environment.
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently.
• Sharp ear for nuance — you notice when tone, rhythm, or pronunciation feels off.
• Detail-oriented and consistent when evaluating speech quality.

• Evaluate AI‑generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional authenticity, and overall quality
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized German voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural‑sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are
