Qualifications

• Several years of software development experience with C# and .NET
• Solid understanding of C#/.NET concepts and ability to assess AI-generated code

• Strong teamwork: code reviews, pair programming, open discussion
• Very good German reading of technical docs and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Participate in product development within an agile Scrum team using .NET Core and Blazor WebAssembly
• Gain insight into CI/CD, testing, and deployment and own areas of responsibility over time
• Contribute to specifications and evaluate new technical solutions with the team
• Occasionally maintain existing .NET/WPF applications

You are well-versed in C# and .NET and would like to apply this know-how in our products? With us, you do not just complete tasks, but you are an active part of a team that develops software products from scratch together. Your Tasks

• Participation in our products: In our agile Scrum team, you are involved in the conception and implementation of new, web-based software solutions – with .NET Core and modern technologies like Blazor WebAssembly.
• Insight into the entire process: Whether CI/CD pipelines, testing, or deployment – you gain insight into all phases of software development and increasingly take on your own areas of responsibility.
• Exchange instead of silo thinking: You contribute to specifications, help to evaluate new technical solutions, and maintain close communication with your team.
• Occasionally also a look back: In individual cases, you also support the maintenance of existing .NET/WPF applications.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in software development with C# and .NET, ideally combined with a completed computer science degree.
• Your solid understanding of common methods and concepts in C# and .NET is not only sufficient for coding yourself but also for critically assessing AI-generated code.
• You can use AI-supported tools in software development purposefully and efficiently – from formulating precise prompts to assessing where AI support makes sense and where it does not.
• Your initiative distinguishes you – you do not wait but tackle issues that you notice.
• New technologies, unfamiliar fields, or unusual architectural questions pique your curiosity rather than intimidate you.
• You are a team player – code reviews, pair programming, and open discussions are natural components of good collaboration for you.
• You have very good German language skills and can confidently read technical documentation in English.
