Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of quality and processes.

• Coordination and monitoring of daily operations in mechanical manufacturing.
• Technical support for CNC operators, setup technicians, and employees in the machining area.
• Ensuring an efficient flow of materials and orders within production.
• Support in prioritizing and processing production orders.
• Monitoring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards.
• Support in troubleshooting and escalation of problems to the Team Leader.
• Conducting and/or supporting shopfloor meetings.
• Support in the onboarding and training of new employees.
• Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, scrap, OEE, and on-time delivery.
• Participation in Lean, CIP, and process optimization projects.
• Deputizing for the Team Leader in their absence.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
