Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Product Verification Engineer to join our international R&D team in Switzerland. You will verify that treatment delivery systems meet functional and technical requirements through hands‑on testing and analysis.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, verification strategy development, and continuous improvement of testing methods to ensure patient safety and product quality. English proficiency is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, medical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in software or system verification, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform verification activities for treatment delivery systems, including defining test approaches and required test environments.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated tests based on product requirements.
• Prepare required test data and configurations, such as CT datasets and treatment plans.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and problem analysis.
• Contribute to requirement and design reviews, risk analysis, and the continuous improvement of verification methods.
• Collaborate with local and international, cross-functional R&D teams.
