Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking a Product Specialist, Rescue Therapy in Switzerland. This hands-on, highly autonomous role will own the Swiss territory, build networks with healthcare providers, clinics and hospitals, and develop regional account plans.

You will deliver product information, coordinate promotional activities, and participate in congresses and events, while analyzing market data and collaborating with Commercial, Marketing and Medical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical sales experience in Switzerland preferred.
• Experience building networks with health care professionals is advantageous.
• Strong communication and planning skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen a network across HCPs, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Develop and execute regional plans aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
• Deliver product information and promotional activities.

You will have support from the wider organisation, but you will own your territory. You identify opportunities, build the right HCP network, set priorities and make things happen.Not everything will come ready-made, so you need to be comfortable taking initiative, finding solutions and following through.This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building, taking ownership and making a genuine impact.What you will doBuild and develop a strong network across HCPs, addiction treatment clinics, harm-reduction services, hospitals, medical centres and pharmacies.Strengthen existing key accounts and proactively identify new stakeholders and opportunities.Develop and execute account and regional plans aligned with customer needs and business priorities.Deliver approved product and therapy-area information and promotional activities.Plan and execute customer activities and represent the company at relevant congresses and events.Analyse market, competitor and sales information and turn insights into concrete actions.Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing and Medical colleagues.About you - Don't worry if you don't tick every box!If you're excited about this opportunity and eager to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.You have pharmaceutical sales experience in Switzerland, ideally in substitution therapy, psychiatry, opioids and/or CNS. An existing HCP network is an advantage. Alternatively, you bring relevant healthcare experience, for example as a paramedic or other healthcare professional, and are motivated to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.You have a strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and pharmaceutical market.You take ownership and make things happen. You don't wait for someone else to define every step or solve the problem for you.You are highly self-organised. You can prioritise, make trade-offs and manage a nationwide territory independently.You are resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity. When something isn't defined or you don't know the answer, you find a way forward.You are hands-on. You are comfortable moving between strategic account planning and the practical work required to deliver results.You follow through.
