Liebherr Machines Bulle SA seeks a Product Specialist Aftermarket to analyze diesel engines, components and field data to drive lifecycle improvements. You will provide structured input for service and remanufacturing decisions and coordinate product initiatives with engineering, spare parts and customers.

You will support the Aftermarket Portfolio Manager, contribute to standardization and cost-efficiency, and manage work packages from concept through pilot to handover.

• You manage related work packages from concept to pilot and final handover.
• You maintain documentation, status, risks, decisions and escalation needs for assigned initiatives.
• You support testing, validation, knowledge transfer and product training for Customer Service Operations and Spare Parts.

Product Specialist Aftermarket (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities

• You analyze diesel engines, components, and field data to identify lifecycle improvement through service, overhaul, remanufacturing and maintenance concepts
• You provide structured technical input to make-or-buy, repair-or-replace and remanufacturing evaluations based on quality findings, field experience and customer usage patterns
• You coordinate implementation of new improved aftermarket products with internal and external steakholders (Product , Engineering, Spare Parts, and Customers)
• You support the Aftermarket Portfolio Manager in prioritizing product initiatives based on technical evidence, implementation maturity and customer value
• You contribute to product standardization, cost- efficiency improvement of the aftermarket portfolio
• You manage related operational work packages from concept clarification through pilot implementation to final handover
• You maintain documentation, implementation status, open points, risks, decisions and escalation needs for assigned product initiatives
• You support testing, validation, knowledge transfer and product training for Customer Service Operations, Spare Parts and Business Development

Your Profile

• You have completed studies in the technical field, industrial engineering, project management or industrial management
• You have several years of professional experience in engineering, product/project management, customer service, while experience in combustion engine applications is a plus
• You have good analytical skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office packages and are familiar with ERP systems
• You are fluent in and/or French, and you possess very good English skills
• You are distinguished by strong ability to understand technical systems and translate findings into structured product and process requirements
• You have structured project management mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and drive operational implementation
• You are an autonomous and a reliable team player, organized and have a hands-on approach to implementation
