Hexagon Robotics is seeking a Product Owner, Developer Experience (DevEx / DX) to shape the internal platform that enables engineering teams to build, test, deploy, and scale robotics software with confidence.

In this role, you will act as the voice of internal engineering users, define high-impact platform priorities, and work across software, infrastructure, security, and robotics teams to remove friction from the developer journey.

Qualifikationen

• Provide product strategy for DevEx platform and translate user needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with software, infrastructure, security, and robotics teams to remove developer friction.
• Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback to drive platform improvements.
• Define success metrics: adoption, build times, deployment frequency, and lead time for changes.
• Promote self-service capabilities and maintain clear documentation.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve DevEx roadmap across build systems, CI/CD, testing workflows, tooling.
• Define golden paths for software delivery with standardized patterns.
• Gather structured feedback from engineers and turn friction into work.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infra experts to translate feedback into roadmap.
• Balance short-term productivity with long-term scalability and reliability.
• Track platform adoption, build times, deployment frequency, lead time, release stability.
• Introduce self-service environments and secure engineering practices.
• Own documentation and discoverability of internal platforms.
