Code Compass is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our Swiss software team in Zug. You will act as the key link between customers and software developers, own requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure projects meet budget, quality and time expectations.

You will also take responsibility for project management activities, stakeholder communication and presenting new features directly to customers, contributing to long-term solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Requirements Engineering.
• Previous experience working as a Scrum Product Owner.
• Strong experience within Agile Software Development environments.
• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Further training in Requirements Engineering.
• Experience managing software projects, budgets and risks.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.
• Flexible working hours, home office and holiday planning.
• Annual personal training and professional development budget.

As a Product Owner, you will work as part of an experienced Scrum team, acting as the key link between customers and Software Developers. You will take ownership of requirements, translate customer needs into user stories and help ensure projects are delivered successfully within budget, quality and time expectations.
