• Coordinate external developers and guide delivery.
• Contribute to application design, development and integration.
• Challenge technical solutions and support maintainable, long-term architecture.

Required Skills

• Previous experience as a software developer, with progression into product ownership, business analysis or technical delivery.
• Experience with backend technologies, REST APIs and databases.
• Comfortable working with nontechnical users and remote development teams.
• A practical approach, strong communication skills and confidence managing evolving requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business applications, mobile solutions, PWA or offline-first functionality would be beneficial.
