Flexion is seeking an exceptional product engineer who cares about taste and prioritization, owning developer tooling for humanoid robots. You will bridge infrastructure, AI, and customer needs, shaping APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks while traveling to customer sites to understand real-world pain points.

You’ll influence the roadmap from platform evaluation to production monitoring, and collaborate with hardware teams to translate simulations into practical guidance for robotic

Qualifikationen

• Product management experience on developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or embedded tooling).
• Strong technical foundation; you can read a C++ codebase and discuss architecture.
• Understanding of robot software stacks and hardware-vs-simulation gaps.
• Experience collaborating with external developer communities or B2B customers.

Aufgaben

• Define great developer experience for engineers working with humanoid robots.
• Own the product roadmap for developer tooling: SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, GUIs, diagnostics, and integration frameworks.
• Own the productized path to policy deployment on robots at scale and measure real hardware vs model performance.
• Support hardware design engagements with robot manufacturers and translate simulations into actionable design guidance.
• Run integrations on robots, reproduce bugs, and validate tooling in real-world conditions.
• Create documentation, tutorials, and reference architectures to enable self-serve adoption and prioritize the backlog.
