Job summary

Flexion is seeking a product manager to own the developer tooling for our humanoid robotics platform. You’ll shape SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, and documentation, ensuring a great developer experience across onboarding, integration, and field deployments.

You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, AI, and customer teams, travel across Europe up to 15%, and translate real-world integration insights into a practical roadmap for rapid deployments.

Qualifications

• PM experience on developer-facing products (SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or embedded tooling).
• Strong technical foundation: read and navigate a C++ codebase and participate in architecture discussions.
• Experience with external developer communities or B2B technical customers, enabling integration into third-party hardware or platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write API specs and roadmap narratives.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving early-stage environment with broad scope and ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Europe and beyond (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

• Define what great developer experience looks like for engineers working with humanoid robots.
• Own the product roadmap for developer tooling: SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, GUIs, diagnostics, and integration frameworks.
• Own the productized path to policy deployment on robots at scale, including measurement of hardware vs model gaps and self-serve tooling.
• Support hardware design engagements with robot manufacturers and translate simulation analyses into recommendations.
• Hands-on with robots: run integrations, reproduce bugs, and validate tooling in real-world conditions.
• Create documentation, tutorials, and reference architectures to enable self-serve adoption and monitor backlog.
