Job summary

Swisscom is seeking a Product Manager for Wingo to lead impactful products and projects through the full lifecycle. You will strengthen our offerings by creating and improving seamless digital solutions across wireless and wireline sectors, with a focus on AI initiatives and customer experience.

You will work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams, shaping requirements and priorities to align with customer, business, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Lead wireless and wireline product initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Define product requirements and priorities aligned with customer, business and commercial objectives.
• Drive and own AI initiatives, including existing projects, prototypes and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products.
• Manage lifecycle activities such as regulatory adaptations, product promotions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and digital projects in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed about developments in telecommunications, digital technologies and AI to keep Wingo innovative and competitive.
• Translate customer needs and pain points into intuitive and valuable solutions.
