Swisscom is seeking a Product Manager for Wingo to lead impactful products and projects through the full lifecycle. You will strengthen our offerings by creating and improving seamless digital solutions across wireless and wireline sectors, with a focus on AI initiatives and customer experience.

You will work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams, shaping requirements and priorities to align with customer, business, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Lead wireless and wireline product initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Define product requirements and priorities aligned with customer, business and commercial objectives.
• Drive and own AI initiatives, including existing projects, prototypes and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products.
• Manage lifecycle activities such as regulatory adaptations, product promotions and continuous improvement.

As a Product Manager at Wingo, you will lead impactful products and projects throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will strengthen our offering by creating and continuously improving seamless digital solutions across the wireless and wireline sectors. You will also drive selected AI initiatives and identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience and support Wingo’s digital transformation.
