LatticeFlow AI is seeking a Product Manager to join the growing product team. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and design, translating sophisticated technology into customer-ready narrative and visuals.

You’ll shape positioning, messaging, and user experience while partnering with Sales and Marketing to launch the product to enterprise buyers. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in product, product marketing, or design, with exposure to multiple disciplines, and a track record

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing product team.

Requirements

This is not the typical PM role. We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and design, someone who knows how to take a technically sophisticated product and make it land with the right audience.

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI

You will work alongside our Senior Product Manager, focusing on the commercial and design dimensions of our product: how it is positioned in the market, how it is communicated to customers, and how it looks and feels to the people who use it. If you come from a product marketing or UX/design background and are excited about moving closer to the product, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine how we position our product across different customer segments — clearly articulating what LatticeFlow AI does and why it matters.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into plain, compelling language for enterprise buyers.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute product launches, coordinating timing, collateral, and internal enablement.
• Develop sales-facing materials including factsheets, pitch decks, one-pagers, and website content that reflect the current product accurately and persuasively.
• Track the AI governance and trustworthy AI landscape to ensure our messaging stays sharp and differentiated.
• Shape the user experience, bringing a marketing and customer lens to UX decisions.
• Champion consistency between how the product is sold and how it is experienced, closing gaps between promise and delivery.
• Conduct customer research with a marketing lens, building out personas, segmentation frameworks, and a clear picture of our buyer journey.
• Synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market signals into recommendations for messaging and positioning improvements.
• Support the team in understanding what resonates with different audiences across the EU and US markets.
• Work across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align on priorities, timelines, and the narrative around our roadmap.
• Help translate our product roadmap into external-facing communications that are clear, accurate, and exciting.

What you’ll bring to our team?

• 4+ years of experience in a product, product marketing, or design role — ideally with exposure to more than one of these disciplines.
• A background in Product Marketing and/or Design: This is a hard requirement. Whether through your studies, career path, or both, you understand how to bridge commercial storytelling with great product experience.
• Understand the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Stay on top of trends and their impact on building secure and trustworthy AI systems
• Proven ability to translate technical or complex products into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating or contributing to sales and marketing materials — you are comfortable writing and can shape visual content even if you are not a graphic designer.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS products or working in an early-stage startup.
