Zusammenfassung

Stryker in Switzerland offers a placement in a new product development team focused on Trauma & Extremities. You will gain in-depth knowledge of Bone Plates, Screws and External Fixators while collaborating with cross-functional, international teams on idea generation, prototyping and testing.

You will help design and develop products, support engineers with technical and quality documentation for CE and FDA regulations, and perform literature reviews to apply clinical knowledge to testing.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing studies in technical/mechanical field (HF, FH, Uni, ETH).
• Strong interest in medical device industry; first experience preferred.
• Good CAD skills; knowledge in FEA is an advantage.
• Analytical reasoning with proactive work style and problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Participate in idea generation, prototyping and testing.
• Involve in design and development of Bone Plates, Screws and External Fixators.
• Support engineers in creating technical and quality documentation per CE/FDA regulations.
• Conduct literature search and review to apply clinical knowledge to testing.
