Job summary

Salt Mobile SA in Switzerland invites a Product Designer to join our Digital department and shape the next generation of customer experiences. You will own end-to-end design, from identifying opportunities and facilitating workshops to crafting journeys and defining requirements.

With strong UX expertise and a data-informed mindset, you’ll collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Customer Care and development teams to deliver intuitive, accessible solutions that create value for customers and the

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and responsive/adaptive web design.
• Advanced skills in Figma.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end initiatives, engaging stakeholders and removing blockers.
• Understand customer, business and operational needs through discussions, workshops and analytics.
• Facilitate workshops and align teams around problems, needs and objectives.
• Advocate for customer experience while balancing business goals and constraints.
• Design intuitive, data-informed user journeys with flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Ensure consistency across the digital ecosystem via the design system.
• Translate UX solutions into clear specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate during implementation, test, and validate delivered solutions.
• Analyze performance and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to improve customer experience and team efficiency.
