Job summary

Revizto is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to evolve and maintain a scalable design system. You will own a part of the system, collaborating with Product Designers and Engineers to improve components, patterns, and documentation while driving design system adoption.

You will perform design QA, log gaps, and work with engineers to close them. The role emphasizes building solid foundations, reducing design debt, and enabling teams to use the system effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar design role, including at least one year contributing to a design system in production
• Portfolio shows production-quality UI with systematic thinking and patterns, not just screens
• Strong visual design craft across typography, colour, spacing, grids and responsive behaviour
• Hands-on experience contributing to or evolving a design system, including tokens and documentation
• Experience running design QA against a spec or component library and spotting UI inconsistencies and debt
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA as applied to components: focus, contrast, keyboard, semantics
• Advanced knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and clear communication
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Located and authorized to work in Germany, France, the UK, or Armenia

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system, including components, tokens, and documentation
• Own and improve designated design system components and patterns throughout their lifecycle
• Support design system adoption and consistency across product teams
• Participate in Design QA and design reviews to identify visual inconsistencies and gaps between design and implementation
• Log, triage, and follow issues through to a fix with engineering
• Identify and help reduce design debt and UI inconsistencies across the product
• Create high‑quality UI solutions using the design system and established product patterns
• Build accessibility into the components you own, meeting WCAG 2.2 AA
• Collaborate with Product Designers, PMs, and Engineers to ensure designs are practical and implemented accurately
• Share knowledge and AI workflow experience with the design team through reviews and sessions

We are looking for a mid‑level Product Designer to help us evolve and maintain a consistent, scalable, and high‑quality design system across Revizto . The system as a whole is owned by the design system lead; you will own your part of it. You will work closely with Product Designers and Engineering to improve components, patterns, documentation, and design system adoption across the product. Design QA is a standing part of this role. You will check what ships against what was designed, log and triage the gaps, and work with engineers to close them. This role is hands‑on and focused on building strong design system foundations, improving consistency, reducing design debt, and helping teams use the system effectively.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or in a similar design role, including at least one year contributing to a design system in production
• A portfolio that shows production‑quality UI and systematic thinking. We want to see components and patterns you have built and the reasoning behind them, not only finished screens
• Strong visual design craft and attention to detail across typography, colour, spacing systems, layout grids and responsive behaviour
• Hands‑on experience contributing to, maintaining, or evolving a design system, including work with design tokens and component documentation
• Experience running design QA against a spec or a component library, and spotting UI inconsistencies and design debt
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA as it applies to components: focus states, contrast, keyboard operation, and semantics
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including components, auto‑layout, variables, and prototyping
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work and improve workflows
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus
• Located and authorised to work in Germany, France, the UK, or Armenia
• Nice to have Experience with design audits and design‑to‑code workflows
• AEC/BIM domain experience

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

• Share knowledge, best practices, and AI workflow experience with the design team through design reviews and team sessions
