Designers will own features end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped screens, working closely with platform engineers to ensure what ships matches what was designed.

Qualifikationen

• A portfolio showing designs that held up once engineering built them.
• Experience designing complex, data-dense product surfaces.
• Experience building and maintaining a design system.
• Deep fluency in Figma: auto-layout, variables, component architecture.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers day-to-day.
• Humility to accept feedback and iterate toward the best solution.
• Self-starter mindset and comfort moving from fuzzy problem to concrete flow.

Aufgaben

• Design features end-to-end: from rough problem to shipped screens.
• Own our design system and evolve components for consistency.
• Define edge cases and ensure unambiguous handoffs.
• Build alongside engineers, ensuring designs map to implementation.
• Stay close to science to understand workflows and pain points.
