Job summary

GUESS? India Private Limited seeks a PD Administrator Factory Outlet Intern to support maintaining the systems aligned from design to production. You will work with PDs and Buyers to define guidelines and ensure correct setup.

Responsibilities include setting up style codes, BOMs, and coordinating with US/EU teams to keep data accurate. Hybrid work and product-discount perks accompany this internship.

Qualifications

• Fashion background required.
• Interest in fashion products, styles and graphic trends.
• Precise, accurate, and well-organized with a desire to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines and PD calendar.
• Team player with a dynamic, fast-thinking, positive attitude.
• Fluent English and strong MS Office skills; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain core systems aligned with workflow.
• Create and maintain style codes, colors, delivery months and suppliers.
• Set up BOM for style components, labeling and hangtags.
• Work with Stealth Push + Enovia; align systems with Buyers/PD.
• Check projection files from US/EU teams to align systems.
• Weekly system updates; download data and ensure calendar deadlines.
• Check HTS remarks and duties/freight where applicable.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Senior PD & Supply Operations Factory Outlet, the PD Administrator Factory Outlet Intern supports maintaining the systems aligned.

He/she will also work closely with PDs and Buyers in order to define the main guidelines and ensure that the system is set up correctly.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• CENTRIC SET UP and maintenance


• Style code creation and maintenance (style colors, months of delivery, product categories, compositions, made in, suppliers..)


• BOM set up and maintenance (in terms of styles components, labelling/hangtags definition)


• Stealth Push + Enovia


• Check projection files received from US and EU buying team to align the system correctly


• HTS remarks and duty/freight check


• Alignment with system according to buyers and PD requirements during all the workflow, that is, from design step to production


• Continuous updating of the system by weekly checking, downloading and controlling that everything is in line with the collection


• Awareness of the company calendar timing and ensure that all deadlines are respected system wise

• Fashion academic background


• Attitude and interest of fashion products, style and graphic trends


• Precision, accuracy and self-organized skills with desire to learn

• Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and design/PD calendar

• Good knowledge of computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point. Preferred also Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop.
