• Proven experience in procurement transformation, process optimisation and strategic procurement within an international industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and governance.
• Experience with procurement systems, digitalisation and data-driven performance management.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong execution focus.
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous.

This role is focused on advancing procurement excellence across the Group, with a strong emphasis on processes, governance, systems and performance.
